Ok, after some encouragement (and assurance she had seen the movie mentioned) Regine W followed the hints and got the right answer. The actor is (of course) Gary Oldman in Bram Stoker's Dracula. Bonus points if anyone can quote the rest of the dialogue without watching the movie again. :)
